Happy Nurses Week!
Misty Blue Foster, one of Tafford's recent outstanding scholarship winners, is featured this month on the Better Health & Living website. As you can see by the article, Misty Blue was certainly a deserving scholarship winner:
Foster knew from an early age that nursing was the path for her. She says she
wanted to give back to those who grew up as she did--alone, scared, and without
hope. Her eventual goal is to become a pediatric nurse. “What I remember most is
how kind the nurses were to me when I was a kid,” she says. “I wanted to grow up
to be just like them. So I did.”
Congratulations Misty Blue! Thanks for your hard work, and for being a great representative of the Tafford Uniforms Nursing Scholarship program.
